Kingsview's Response to COVID 19

Keeping our communities healthy and safe while maintaining our commitment to servicing our customers, remaining our top priority.


In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic declaration by the World Health Organization, Kingsview Management has been taking various precautionary measures and adjusting our operations to ensure the health and safety of our employees as well as homeowners, tenants and contractors and the greater community. We are making every effort to ensure this situation does not impact our customer service and support for both homeowners, tenants and contractors. 


At this time, our corporate offices are closed to visitors and staff are working remotely. We have technology in place that enables us to continue operations but there may be some delays as we work through the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on our processes and procedures. We ask for your patience as we make adjustments and we will communicate any necessary changes.


Public Health Ontario is encouraging individuals and businesses to take measures to reduce interactions to help slow the spread of the coronavirus/COVID 19.

This has been an unprecedented time, with rapid changes to our lives, businesses and community as a result of COVID-19. We are working hard to address this crisis, carefully following the guidance of the experts; and, responding quickly to ensure we’re doing the right thing. We are committed to face the COVID-19 pandemic by prioritizing the health and well-being of all of you – our employees, tenants, homeowners, contractors and the community at large.


Working together as we adapt to this crisis, below are answers to frequently asked questions:


Are the Kingsview Offices and Warehouse still open?

Our corporate offices and warehouse are closed. Our team members remain available to provide services as deemed essential and can be reached by phone or email.


Will the annual property inspections still continue?

Annual suite inspections are postponed until further notice.


Will property tours still take place?

Property tours for prospective renters will be carried out virtually, postponed to a later date if possible or in person by request for unoccupied suites. Amenity spaces will not be available for showings and are closed until further notice including fitness centres, party rooms, theatre rooms and other services. Please exercise social distancing in all common areas including Laundry Rooms, and avoid gathering in the Lobby.


What are my remote rent payment options?

Please take advantage of remote rent payment options available to you including Pre-authorized Payment and Online Banking via respective banking institution. Necessary forms or online banking info can be provided via email upon request.


What are the recommended hygiene protocols?

Before and after you do a task, wash your hands with soap and water for at least 15-20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, hands can be cleaned with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol, ensuring that all surfaces of the hands are covered. Cover coughs and sneezes with a medical mask or tissue. Dispose of tissues in a lined waste container and wash hands immediately after a cough or sneeze. What does self-isolation mean?
